Electronic manifests (JWNET)
- Send issue, transport-completion and disposal-completion reports from the screen
- Check transmission status and error details, and resend when needed
- Paper manifests and secondary manifests sit in the same list
A cloud service for industrial waste contractors and waste generators
TF-EcoFlow watches the deadlines for registering and reporting electronic manifests (JWNET) for you, and connects everything from collection requests to dispatch, weighing, billing, ledgers and official reports in a single screen.
Works in your browser. No software to install.
A single load of waste runs through intake, dispatch, transport, weighing, disposal, reporting and billing. If one step stalls, a legal deadline is at risk.
Built along the way contractors actually work — nothing more than you need.
Deadlines
Deadlines follow the Waste Management Act and the operation of the electronic manifest system. They can be adjusted to how you work.

Billing & ledgers
Designed from the start for one site used by many companies, with separated data and clear permissions.
Business partners, manifests, invoices and other data are separated per company (tenant). No company can see another's data.
System administrator, administrator, intake & dispatch, driver, weighing, executive, viewer and waste generator. Each role sees and can do only what it needs.
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. JWNET subscriber numbers and EDI keys are also encrypted in the database. Administrators and executives must use two-step verification (TOTP).
Sign-ins, creating, editing and deleting manifests, and permission changes are recorded, so you can see who did what and when.
The database and attached files are backed up automatically every day.
We can also advise on migrating data from the system you use today.
Yes. You register and report electronic manifests from TF-EcoFlow and can check transmission status and resend failures on screen. The subscriber number and EDI key needed for the connection are registered in the admin screen when you start.
Yes. Paper manifests are managed in the same list, so a mixed operation during the switch to electronic manifests is supported.
The three-day registration deadline (excluding weekends and holidays) and the confirmation deadlines for disposal reports are calculated automatically, and items that are close or overdue are colour-coded on the dashboard.
Yes. Drivers report the start and end of transport from a smartphone in the field. Where there is no signal, entries are stored on the device and sent automatically once back online.
Data is separated per company (tenant). Permissions can be chosen from eight roles including dispatcher, driver, weighing staff, executive and waste generator.
Traffic is encrypted with TLS, and confidential values such as JWNET subscriber numbers and EDI keys are also encrypted in the database. Two-step verification (TOTP) is required for administrators and executives.
TF-EcoFlow supports work under Japan's Waste Management Act. Please confirm interpretation of the law and whether a particular practice is acceptable with the competent authority.
